Dick Clark Has New Year's Eve Ornament

The ageless one pushing musical Times Square gift

Dick Clark Productions Inc. announced that a Times Square Millennium Ornament to be sold throughout the country in the latter half of 1999 will feature Dick Clark's New Year's Countdown.

The 4-inch tall, colorful ornament recreates the New York Countdown at Times Square and plays a greeting and the traditional Countdown to New Year's Eve by Dick Clark, followed by a portion of the soundtrack "Celebrate" by Kool and the Gang.

The ornament, produced by Sterling Giftware of White Plains, N.Y., will be sold on the QVC shopping channel, JC Penney, K-Mart, Kohls and Federated department stores, numerous gift shops in New York and approximately 20 catalogs, including the Fingerhut.
