STORY: Adults will have to pay £20 each (roughly $ 32.60 US) to visit the Millennium Dome. According to a report by the BBC, The New Millennium Experience Company (NMEC) revealed the entrance fees to the new £58m attraction in Greenwich, south London. The Dome will also feature a ticket called the Family Five for £57 ($93.00 US). It allows entry to either two adults and three children, or one adult and four children. But the ticket prices are more expensive than those at some other major London attractions People booking group visits to the Dome will receive discounts on the entrance fee. Senior citizen groups of 15 or more will pay £12 ( $19.50 US) each to get in, while members of adult groups of the same size will be charged £17.50 ( $28.50 US ) per person. The unveiling of ticket prices follows the announcement by Prime Minister Tony Blair on Wednesday that a million schoolchildren from 10,000 schools will be able to enjoy free visits to the Dome. The NMEC also announced that coach company National Express was planning to offer a flat rate price of £29.99 ( $50.00 US) for travel and admission to the Dome from anywhere in Britain. According to the BBC, now the Dome ticket prices have been revealed, other travel packages, including rail schemes, are expected to be announced soon.
