Travolta And Streisand On New Year's Date?

According to gossip columnist Liz Smith, Barbra Streisand has asked John Travolta to appear with her in New Year's Eve concert at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Smith says Travolta won't exactly be "co-starring_ but will sing a few numbers for and with Streisand.

Recently, Travolta was recently being asked what he plans to do to celebrate the year 2000. John said, ``Well, I was going to fly my plane personally to different places around the world, but now I have other plans.''

Travolta is a song and dance man if you forgot. He did start out touring in "Grease" and went on to prove himself as a dancer in "Saturday Night Fever" and then as a singer and dancer in the movie version of "Grease" --two of the biggest moneymaking films of all time.
