This couple thought they were going to have a November baby until ultrasounds confirmed a new due date. The baby's measurements show an actual due date of December 31, 1999. They still have not delivered (December 27th) and are now eagerly waiting to see if the baby decides to make a grand entrance into the world as the first Millenium baby of 2000. They say it would be very exciting,
though, of course what they want most is a happy, healthly child.

Scott and Heather are expecting a girl (95% chance according to ultrasound) on January 1. They did not plan to have a child on January 1, but we will be pleased to do so. Heather says I guess we heard about the 'conception date' a couple of days after we conceived. We were both a little surprised and worried. We really didn't intend to get involved in all the hype. In fact, we were looking forward to a quiet evening at home on New Year's Eve. The two may still may get wish because their first child was born four days early, and they were back home by our due date.
Dalmys says she is scared a little by the Y2K rumors, but what is most
on her mind is that this is her first baby and everything will be different and
new for her and her husband upon his birth. ' We are happy and love to share
thismoment with everyone. '
This will be the first baby for Kristol and her husband and they are expecting their first child on 1/1/00. It was notplanned that way, just a gift from God as are all children. They just hope to have a healthy child and don't really care for all the Y2K hype.
