Ed Johnson, Rooms Division manager of the Premier at Millennium Broadway hotel in New York City, pulls back the blinds in the "Premier Suite," a deluxe two-room, two-bath luxury suite atop the midtown hotel. The suite is being offered for four days over the New Year's holiday for $42,000, including breakfast in bed, and other anemities. Catering is also available. "Someone could throw one heck of a party up here," Johnson says.
