A participant in the "Photo of the Century" is greeted by a Ben Franklin impersonator in front of Philadelphia's Independence Hall as others get into position Sunday, July 4. The event brought together more than 100 people born on the Fourth of July, representing every year from 1900-1999 and every state in the nation for a group portrait in front of the building where the Declaration of Independence was signed 223 years before.
